We use standard commercial products for general office buildings, EPA-registered disinfectants for medical facilities, and green and fragrance-free options on request.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We're licensed by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) as a Property Services Contractor.
Are you bonded?
Yes. We carry a janitorial bond for added protection for our clients.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $1 million in general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
What does a typical cleaning look like?
Most buildings are cleaned after hours, top to bottom: we empty trash and recycling, dust high to low, clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces, wipe down kitchens and breakrooms, then finish with floors — vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors last so nothing gets tracked back in. We follow the written checklist for your building every visit and lock up when we leave.
