These terms cover your use of this website and our text messages. "We" means Northwest Facility Services LLC, a commercial cleaning company in Cottage Grove, Oregon. By using this site or texting with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and service

Quotes we give through the website, phone, text or email are estimates based on what you tell us and what we see at the walkthrough. Price, schedule and scope are set in a written service agreement or accepted quote, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this website.

Text messages

Program: Northwest Facility Services LLC text messages.

What you'll get: If you check the service-texts box on our quote form, we text you about your quote request, walkthrough scheduling and cleaning service updates. If you check the marketing box, we may also text special offers and service updates. Both boxes are optional and are never required to get a quote or our service.

How often and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help: Reply STOP to any message to stop texts; you may get one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or call (541) 315-5398 or email [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
